Nathan Hoover  > Unicycling > Coker Rides > 5th Annual Unicycle Tour of San Francisco
This ride is the brainchild of Gary Kanuch who painstakingly figured out the optimum route. It covers 41 miles with 3000' of climbing, taking in many of the most famous tourist spots in San Francisco. It's bigger and more fun each year. 5 of us used this ride as part of our qualfication for next year's Ride The Lobster race in Nova Scotia. Thanks to Geoff for letting me include some of his photos in this gallery.

Nathan Hoover > The view down Lombard Street to Coit Tower with riders zig-zagging down. It was fun this year as there were a few cars, but not too many. We were able to fly past them, passing on both sides. [Geoff Faraghan photo]
