Nathan Hoover > A 42mm cardboard model of the bearing to assist in the grinding project. The bearing holders in the frame are for 40mm bearings.

Nathan Hoover > We also had to remove a couple of mm of the bearing holder on the inner sides. This is the same modification needed to make older KH frames accept this hub.

Nathan Hoover > The Dremel tool works great.

Nathan Hoover > After grinding the frame and bending it to fit the 4" wide hub, it fits nicely. This is #56, from the beefed up "Chuck-proof" batch.

Nathan Hoover > The replacement 42mm bearing holders need the same grinding on the inside edges.
